==Ingredients==
5 lbs ground beef (93%)<br>
3 tablespoon olive oil<br>
2 whole yellow onions<br>
2 whole green peppers<br>
6 cloves garlic minced<br>
1 cup white wine<br>
2 cans crushed tomatoes 28 oz<br>
1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz<br>
1 can tomato paste (small)<br>
1 jar marinara sauce<br>
1 teaspoon oregano<br>
4 whole bay leaves<br>
2 tablespoons sugar<br>
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper<br>
2 teaspoons salt<br>
1/4 cup parsley<br>
1 wedge Parmesan cheese<br>

==Directions==
#In a large pot, brown the ground round and drain
#Drizzle in olive oil and put the diced onion and pepper in, cook until soft
#add in garlic and give it another minute
#pour in the wine, allow it to reduce for a few minutes, add in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, spices except for parsley
#stir and add in the ground beef, simmer with lid on for 1 hr
#discard bay leaves, add in parsley and cheese wedge
#stir to combine, put lid on and simmer for another 30 min
