===Ingredients===
1 lb. ground chicken<br>
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br>
1 large egg<br>
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking<br>
2 tablespoons chicken seasoning (see recipe on this site)
Some red sauce (5 cheese or whatever you like)<br>
Shredded mozzarella cheese<br>

===Instructions===
#Combine ingredients for chicken patties in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with clean hands to combine. Form into patties.
#Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
#Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
#Serve with some red sauce and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on
