Baby carrots (as many as you like)<br>
93% lean ground beef<br>
4 cups Shredded Sharp cheddar cheese<br>
1/2 cup Sour cream<br>
1/2 cup Heavy cream<br>
3 stalks Celery<br>
2 cups Beef broth<br>
Diced tomato<br>
1/2 tablespoon chives<br>
1 teaspoon black pepper<br>
1 teaspoon garlic powder<br>
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes<br>
1/2 tablespoon basil<br>
===Instructions===
#Brown ground beef 
#Chop celery into small pieces
#Mix ground beef, celery, and beef broth in Crock Pot add spices
#Cook on high setting for at least 1-2 hours or until celery is tender
#Add in heavy cream and shredded cheese
#Stir until cheese melts and soup thickens may need to add milk if soup gets too thick
#lastly stir in the sour cream
#Garnish with diced tomatoes
