2 lbs chicken thighs cut into small pieces<br>
1 12 oz package bacon cut into small pieces<br>
16 oz sliced mushrooms<br>
16 oz broccoli florets<br>
1/2 yellow onion diced<br>
1 cup chicken broth<br>
1 cup heavy cream<br>
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese<br>
1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese<br>
2 tablespoons unsalted butter<br>
1 teaspoon xanthan gum<br>
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes<br>
1 tablespoon dried cilantro flakes<br>
1 teaspoon salt<br>
1 teaspoon black pepper<br>
1 teaspoon oregano<br>
1 teaspoon rosemary<br>
1 teaspoon thyme<br>
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper<br>

====Directions====
#In a large pan cook bacon, onion, and mushroom pieces together. Drain and set aside, reserve bacon grease for cooking chicken
#Cook broccoli florets and set aside
#cook the chicken pieces in reserved bacon grease and then drain.
#Return chicken to pan and combine with broccoli and mushroom mixture
#melt butter and combine with xanthan gum, then add in chicken broth. Add in the spices
#when that thickens add in heavy cream
#when that starts to bubble stir in the cheeses and keep heating it for a few minutes
#combine sauce with the rest
