Makes 6 large tortillas<br>

==Ingredients==
1/2 cup Mayonnaise<br>
1 tbsp minced jalapenos<br>
1 tbsp jalapeno juice<br>
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar<br>
1 teaspoon cumin<br>
1 teaspoon paprika<br>
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper<br>
1 dash salt<br>
pre-cooked chicken or steak strips (2 packages for the steak)<br>
flour tortillas<br>
1 lbs Monterrey Jack shredded cheese

==Directions==
Combine spices with mayo and jalapenos. Mix well.<br>
Dice up chicken or steak to a size you would want inside a tortilla.(I used food processor lightly)<br>
Place a tortilla in a medium-hot pan to toast while you put it together.<br>
Spread about 1 large tbsp of sauce on the tortilla<br>
Place about a tablespoon's worth of chicken or steak on 1/2 of the tortilla.<br>
Drop some of the cheese on it.<br>
Once the tortilla is lightly toasted, fold it in half with a spatula and plate it.
