Diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon basil

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Chop celery into small pieces
  3. Mix ground beef, celery, onion, carrots and beef broth in Crock Pot add spices
  4. Cook on high setting for at least 3 hours or until carrots are tender
  5. Add in heavy cream and shredded cheese
  6. Stir until cheese melts and soup thickens may need to add milk if soup gets too thick
  7. lastly stir in the sour cream
