#Cut beef across grain into about 1 1/2 inch strips
#Make a rue with the butter and flour
#Cook mushrooms, onions, and garlic in butter in 10 inch skillet over med heat until onions are tender. Remove from heat.

#Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Stir in 1 cup of the beef broth, salt, Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
#Add in the mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are done
#Stir remaining broth into flour, stir into beef mixture, heat to boiling. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
#Add in the seasonings and beef broth, bring to a low simmer
#While continuously stirring, add in the rue a little at a time until desired consistency reached.
#Remove from heat, and stir in the sour cream
#Add in the pre-cooked steak and mix into your cooked noodles

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cups cups sour cream
  • 6 cups cooked egg noodles (I make my own)

Directions

  1. Make a rue with the butter and flour
