#Cut beef across grain into about 1 1/2 inch strips
#Make a rue with the butter and flour
#Cook mushrooms, onions, and garlic in butter in 10 inch skillet over med heat until onions are tender. Remove from heat.
#Cook onions, and garlic in butter in large skillet over med heat until onions are tender.
#Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Stir in 1 cup of the beef broth, salt, Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
#Add in the mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are done
#Stir remaining broth into flour, stir into beef mixture, heat to boiling. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
#Add in the seasonings and beef broth, bring to a low simmer
#While continuously stirring, add in the rue a little at a time until desired consistency reached.
#Remove from heat, and stir in the sour cream
#Add in the pre-cooked steak and mix into your cooked noodles

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cups cups sour cream
  • 6 cups cooked egg noodles (I make my own)

Directions

  1. Make a rue with the butter and flour
  2. Cook onions, and garlic in butter in large skillet over med heat until onions are tender.
  3. Add in the mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are done
  4. Add in the seasonings and beef broth, bring to a low simmer
