Ingredients
- Chocolate Syrup for drizzle
- 1 oz Vodka (plain or vanilla)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
- 1 oz Irish Cream (e.g. Bailey's)
- 3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream (approximately 1 cup)
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Optional Add a splash of heavy cream if you want it thinner
Instructions
- Prep the glass: Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside walls of a tall glass such as a hurricane or pint glass.
- Blend: Combine the Vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, ice cream and ice in a blender.
- Mix: Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into the prepared glasses
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream and extra chocolate syrup.
