Ingredients
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 package frozen pastry dough
1 beaten egg for eggwash(br)
Directions
- Preheat over to 400
- Mix all ingredients except for dough to make cheese filling (tasted good but was a little lumpy)
- On lightly floured board roll out dough until 1/2 original thickness.
- Cut edges to get nice rectangular shape
- spread cheese filling over half of the dough, leaving edges clear
- wet edges with eggwash, fold and seal edges together
- bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
