Ingredients

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flax meal

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In microwave proof bowl, combine shredded cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 30 sec increments, stirring between until completely melted
  3. Add almond flour and flax meal
  4. Mix dough well until you have a soft ball
