Ingredients

Patties:
2 lb. ground chicken
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons chicken seasoning (see recipe on this site)

Filling:
1 package Steamed fresh Spinach
2 cups Diced Ham
2 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3 oz cream cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine ingredients for chicken patties in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
  3. Combine and thoroughly mix ingredients for filling
  4. place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
  5. From a very thin patty with the chicken mix on the sheet, put a spoonful of filling in the middle of that patty and form another thin patty on top of that. Pat the edges together. Repeat until mixtures are used up.
  6. Bake for an unknown length of time at 350 degrees
