Ingredients
Patties:
2 lb. ground chicken
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons chicken seasoning (see recipe on this site)
Filling:
1 package Steamed fresh Spinach
2 cups Diced Ham
2 cups Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
3 oz cream cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine ingredients for chicken patties in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
- Combine and thoroughly mix ingredients for filling
- place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
- From a very thin, large (hamburger bun sized) patty with the chicken mix on the sheet, put a spoonful of filling in the middle of that patty and form another thin patty on top of that. Pat the edges together. Repeat until mixtures are used up.
- Bake for an unknown length of time at 350 degrees
