Ingredients
1 lbs chicken
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons onion flakes
2 teaspoon sweetner (Truiva)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces
- In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, sweetner, garlic, ginger, onion, bourbon, and chicken broth.
- Marinate chicken in liquid mixture for 1 hr
- Bake for 1 hour stirring every 10 minutes 350 degrees
