Makes 6 large tortillas
Ingredients
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced jalapenos
1 tbsp jalapeno juice
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 dash salt
pre-cooked chicken or steak strips (2 packages for the steak)
flour tortillas
1 lbs Monterrey Jack shredded cheese
Directions
Combine spices with mayo and jalapenos. Mix well.
Dice up chicken or steak to a size you would want inside a tortilla.(I used food processor lightly)
Place a tortilla in a medium-hot pan to toast while you put it together.
Spread about 1 large tbsp of sauce on the tortilla
