8 biscuits per can. There is enough gravy for 5 biscuits.
Ingredients
- 1 package impossible sausage
- 1 can flaky layers biscuits
- 2 tsp chicken bullion in 1 cup of water
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven according to package directions
- cook sausage in a large skillet
- put cooked sausage in a bowl
- put biscuits in the oven
- melt butter in the same skillet that sausage was cooked in
- add the flour little by little whisking continuously
- once the roux begins to thicken, gradually add the liquids and pepper whisking continuously
- add cooked sausage to the mix
- pour gravy over cooked biscuits
