My bread maker is the Cuisinart Custom Convection CBK-210

Ingredients Standard Size

  • 1 cup or 220 grams water
  • 3 tbsp or 32 grams olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups or 313 grams bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp instant yeast

Ingredients Large Size

  • 330 grams water
  • 48 grams olive oil
  • 470 grams bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 8 grams rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast

Ingredients Full Size

  • 440 grams water
  • 64 grams olive oil
  • 626 grams bread flour
  • 16 grams rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dry instant yeast


In the seasoning compartment of the bread maker, if equipped, otherwise put it with the rest of the ingredients

  • SKIPPED 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp or 5 grams dried rosemary

Directions

Throw it all in the bread maker as usual. Liquids first, then the dry stuff, yeast last.

  • Menu 1: White Bread
  • Set to small loaf 1.5 lbs
  • Set to dark

  • 2 pound loaf
  • set to dark crust
