Homemade Chinese Five-Spice

This version uses a combination of black pepper and coriander as a substitute for Sichuan peppercorns.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Star anise, ground
  • 1 tbsp Fennel seeds, ground
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp Cloves, ground

Instructions
