Ingredients
- Marinade
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup vinegar
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- Toppings
4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
diced tomato
scallions
- Honey Mustard Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
Marinade the chicken for 4 hours. cook chicken 3 min each side or till juices run clear
