Cook pasta in large pot in salted water untill

1 cup green onions
1 cup parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon thyme
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in large pot in salted water until al dente.
