#Mix all ingredients except for dough to make cheese filling (tasted good but was a little lumpy)
#On lightly floured board roll out dough until 1/2 original thickness.
#Cut edges to get nice rectangular shape
#spread cheese filling over half of the dough, leaving edges clear
#wet edges with eggwash, fold and seal edges together
#bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
#let cool completely before cutting into portions
