Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flax meal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In microwave proof bowl, combine shredded cheese and cream cheese. Heat in 30 sec increments, stirring between until completely melted
- Add almond flour and flax meal
- Mix dough well until you have a soft ball
