Smoked Gouda Burgers

Ingredients

1 Block smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
2 lbs. 80% ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream (4oz)
2 eggs
4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavor
1/2 finely diced onion
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp hot sauce


Instructions

Cube up the Gouda fairly fine (1/8 inch cubes or so). Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Make patties thinner in the middle to prevent them from curling (bubbling) while cooking. Serve with quality buns, tomato, and lettuce (or skip the buns if your on a Keto diet). These burgers are so good that no ketchup, mustard, or any other additives needed.
