Ingredients

1 lbs lean ground beef
1.5 lbs small red potatoes
1 lbs package carrots skinned and sliced
2 yellow onions diced
1 red bell pepper cleaned and diced
1 green bell pepper cleaned and diced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp curry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp Blue cheese, finely diced
1 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Thyme leaves
1/4 tsp red pepper

Directions

  1. In a non-stick frying pan add in 3 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup chicken broth and carmalize the onion and bell peppers
  2. When cooked and cooled a bit puree the camalized onion mixture
  3. Thoroughly mix the ground beef, onion mixture, curry seasoning, egg, sour cream, and blue cheese
  4. Form into thin patties and cook
  5. In a medium pot add 1 cup of beef broth, and 2 cups of chicken broth, black pepper, onion powder, salt, rosemary, sage. Heat to a simmer
  6. Stir in the shredded swiss
