My bread maker is the Cuisinart Custom Convection CBK-210
Ingredients Standard Size
- 1 cup or 220 grams water
- 3 tbsp or 32 grams olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups or 313 grams bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp instant yeast
Ingredients Large Size
330 grams water 48 grams olive oil 470 grams bread flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp black pepper 8 grams rosemary 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
In the seasoning compartment of the bread maker, if equipped, otherwise put it with the rest of the ingredients
- SKIPPED 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp or 5 grams dried rosemary
Directions
Throw it all in the bread maker as usual. Liquids first, then the dry stuff, yeast last.
- Menu 1: White Bread
- Set to small loaf 1.5 lbs
- Set to dark
- For large loaf
- 2 pound loaf
- set to dark crust
