Compile, install, configure aria2 from scratch on a raspberry pi 3 (stretch)

tar xvjf aria2-1.33.1.tar.bz2
cd aria2whatever
./configure
make
sudo make install
sudo adduser aria2c
Create a systemd service to run in background on boot

After=network.target

Type=forking
User=aria2
ExecStart=/usr/local/bin/aria2c --conf-path=/home/aria2/.aria2/aria2.conf --daemon

download make install and configure arai2c on debian (the latest version, not the package version)
go to https://aria2.github.io/ to get the latest version
use wget to download it (the gz file is there any different between that and bz2? I donno)
use tar xvfz somefilename.tar.bz2 to unzip it (gz)
cd aria2whatever
./configure
sudo make
sudo make install
sudo adduser aria2c
need to create a aria2 group I really dont know if the group serves any purpose
sudo groupadd aria
add aria2c to group aria: sudo usermod -a -G aria aria2c
here we create a systemd file....this file needs some modifitation it was done by a fool
sudo nano /lib/systemd/system/aria2.service
[Unit] Description=aria2 Service Requires=network.target After=dhcpcd.service
[Service] Type=forking User=aria2c Group=aria EnvironmentFile=/etc/conf.d/aria2.conf WorkingDirectory=/var/aria2 ExecStart=/usr/bin/aria2c $ARIACMD ExecReload=/usr/bin/kill -HUP $MAINPID RestartSec=1min Restart=on-failure
[Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target
this is his aria2.conf file why bother having a file for this shit?
