Ingredients

1 cup blanched, finely ground, almond flour
2 tbsp Psyllium husks
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup warm water
salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the wet. Dough will be wet and sticky at first, but as the psyillium husk absorbs the water the dough will get drier and easier to work with.
  2. Kneed until smooth, elastic, and pliable. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. If it's too wet add psyillium husk, too dry, add water
  3. divide into 4, roll using parchment paper, cut into circles.
  4. Cook on med-hi in a non-stick or cast iron pan for 2-3 minutes first side, 1-2 minutes on the other.
