Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups milk, slightly warm (282g)
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (450g)
- 1 1/4 tsp quick rise yeast
Directions
- put the ingredients in the bread machine in order
- set for white bread 1.5 lbs med crust
