8 biscuits per can. There is enough gravy for 5 biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 package impossible sausage
  • 1 can flaky layers biscuits
  • 2 tsp chicken bullion in 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven according to package directions
  2. cook sausage in a large skillet
  3. put cooked sausage in a bowl
  4. put biscuits in the oven
  5. melt butter in the same skillet that sausage was cooked in
  6. add the flour little by little whisking continuously
  7. once the roux begins to thicken, gradually add the liquids and pepper whisking continuously
  8. add cooked sausage to the mix
  9. pour gravy over cooked biscuits
