Ingredients
NEXT TIME: add carrots
93% lean ground beef
4 cups Shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Heavy cream
3 stalks Celery
2 cups Beef broth
Diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon basil
Instructions
- Brown ground beef
- Chop celery into small pieces
- Mix ground beef, sour cream, celery, and beef broth in Crock Pot add spices
- Cook on high setting for at least 1-2 hours or until celery is tender
- Add in heavy cream and shredded cheese
- Stir until cheese melts and soup thickens may need to add milk if soup gets to thick
- Garnish with diced tomatoes
