Ingredients

NEXT TIME: add carrots 93% lean ground beef
4 cups Shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Heavy cream
3 stalks Celery
2 cups Beef broth
Diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon basil

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef
  2. Chop celery into small pieces
  3. Mix ground beef, sour cream, celery, and beef broth in Crock Pot add spices
  4. Cook on high setting for at least 1-2 hours or until celery is tender
  5. Add in heavy cream and shredded cheese
  6. Stir until cheese melts and soup thickens may need to add milk if soup gets to thick
