Ingredients

1 lbs Italian sausage
Bacon or Canadian bacon
Frozen pepper/onion mix
Pepperoni(too much will overpower everything else)
Canadian bacon
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian blend
Pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ground Italian sausage
  2. Caramelize onion/pepper mix with butter or oil
  3. Cook bacon and cut into small pieces (if using bacon)
  4. Cut Pepperoni and Canadian bacon into small pieces
  5. Combine cooked ingredients: Italian sausage, Canadian bacon (and/or bacon), Pepper/onion mix, along with some pizza sauce into a thick mixture
  6. Stir in the cheeses
  7. Prior to eating warm it in microwave and cheese will melt
