Ingredients
1 lbs lean ground beef
1 lbs small red potatoes
1 lbs package baby carrots
2 yellow onions diced
1 red bell pepper cleaned and diced
1 green bell pepper cleaned and diced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp curry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Blue cheese, finely diced
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Thyme leaves
Directions
- In a non-stick frying pan add in 3 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup chicken broth and carmalize the onion and bell peppers
- When cooked and cooled a bit puree the camalized onion mixture
- Thoroughly mix the ground beef, onion mixture, curry seasoning, egg, sour cream, and blue cheese
- Form into thin patties and cook
- In a medium pot add 1 cup of beef broth, and 2 cups of chicken broth, black pepper, onion powder, salt, rosemary, sage. Heat to a simmer
- Stir in the shredded swiss
