Keto Parmesan Chicken Patties

Ingredients

1 lb. ground chicken
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
2 tablespoons chicken seasoning (see recipe on this site) Some red sauce (5 cheese or whatever you like)
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients for chicken patties in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with clean hands to combine. Form into patties.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with some red sauce and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on
