Rosemary Bread

My bread maker is the Cuisinart Custom Convection CBK-210
Ingredients
- 1 cup water 220 grams
- 3 tbsp or 32 grams olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups or 313 grams bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp or 8 grams salt
- 1/4 tsp or 1 gram ground black pepper
- SKIPPED 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp or 5 grams dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp or 4 grams active dry yeast
Directions
Throw it all in the bread maker as usual. Liquids first, then the dry stuff, yeast last.
- Menu 1: White Bread
- Set to small loaf 1.5 lbs
- Set to dark
