Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 lbs Potatoes 1/2 milk 1/2 cup sour cream 8 tbsp butter, softened Salt to taste Pepper to taste Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Fill large pot 2/3 full with water and start heating it up
- Peel the and quarter the potatoes. Add them to the pot as you go so they don't turn brown
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft all the way through
- Drain the potatoes and return to pot
- Heat the milk until it's hot
- Stir the butter and sour cream, into the potatoes
- Then stir in half the milk. Use the rest to adjust the consistency of the potatoes, adding more for softer potatoes.
