Rosemary Bread

My bread maker is the Cuisinart Custom Convection CBK-210

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water 220 grams
  • 3 tbsp or 32 grams olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups or 313 grams bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp or 8 grams salt
  • 1/4 tsp or 1 gram ground black pepper
  • SKIPPED 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp or 5 grams dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp or 4 grams active dry yeast

Directions

Throw it all in the bread maker as usual. Liquids first, then the dry stuff, yeast last.

  • Menu 1: White Bread
  • Set to small loaf 1.5 lbs
  • Set to dark
