Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 16 oz bag of coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots
• 6 T Mayo
• 1/4 C Sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 Lime zested and juiced
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 1/2 t kosher salt
• 1/2 t ground cumin
• 1/2 packet equal or other sweetner (about 1/4 tsp)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
