Crab Salad

Ingredients
- 300 grams of crab or imitation crab coarsely chopped
- 50 grams shredded cheddar
- 20 grams gouda
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 1.5 T Ranch dressing
- 2.5 T Mayo
- 6 sticks of celery chopped
- 4 green onions chopped
- ½ t celery salt
- 1 t dried parsley
- 2 t dried cilantro
- 1/8 t black pepper
Directions
- Sauté the chopped vegetables in the butter until they are almost completely soft but still have a slight bit of firmness.
- Put all ingredients into a large microwavable dish and stir well.
- Microwave just until the cheese is melted and well distributed throughout.
- Serve warm or cold according to preference.
Notes
This is a recreation of the recipe as I made it a week ago but it didn't turn out as well this time so the proportions are off a little. I adjusted the cheese proportions and increased the mayo a bit from what I actually made but it still needs work. Perhaps the spices could be stronger but not too much.
