Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In small bowl combine, Almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt
  3. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract
  4. Add egg and mix
  5. Add dry ingredients mixture to large bowl combine well
  6. Add in Chocolate chips
  7. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes
  8. Bake 7-9 minutes or until lightly brown and lightly set
  9. Allow to cool before removing from baking sheet
