Whole Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients

• 283g Warm Water
• 25g Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Honey or Maple syrup
• 397g Whole Wheat Flour
• 1/4 cup ground flax seed
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp quick rise dry yeast
• 1/2 cup Sunflower kernels

Directions

1. Put ingredients into the bread maker in order (the sunflower kernels go into the dispenser if you have one)
2. Set the machine for Wheat Bread, 1.5 lbs loaf, and Medium Crust Color
