==Ingredients==
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water

==Directions==
#preheat oven to 425
#in the mixer, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. mix throughly
#in the mixer, combine flour mixture and olive oil and slowly add in the water until cohesive
#gather into 2 evenly-sized balls and let rest for 15 min
#grease 2 pieces of parchment paper (about 2 foot square) and lay one out on the counter
#place one of the dough balls on the parchment paper and cover with the other (grease sides touching the dough)
#Roll the dough very thin 1/8 inch or less
#place bottom parchment paper on baking sheet with rolled out dough on top
#pre-bake for 10 min
#cover with toppings and finish baking
