=== Ingredients ===
* 1/2 cup warm milk
* 2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 6 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 large eggs room temp
* 1 tsp salt
* 495g all purpose flour

===== Egg Wash =====
* 1 large egg
* 2 tbsp water

=== Directions ===
# In the bowl of the stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Allow mixture to sit for about 5 min until the yeast becomes active.
# Add the rest of the sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix using the whisk.
# Switch to the dough hook and add in the flour. After its all mixed together, kneed for another 3-4 minutes
# Put the dough in an oiled bowl and allow to rise until doubled
# Fold it and pound the air out of it and put it back in the bowl and let it rise for another 30-45 min
# Separate into rolls and place onto a baking sheet. Cover and let raise again for 30-35 min
# Brush with egg wash
# Bake at 325 for 30-25 min
