Ingredients
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
Directions
- preheat oven to 425
- in the mixer, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. mix throughly
- in the mixer, combine flour mixture and olive oil and slowly add in the water until cohesive
- gather into 2 evenly-sized balls and let rest for 15 min
- grease 2 pieces of parchment paper (about 2 foot square) and lay one out on the counter
- place one of the dough balls on the parchment paper and cover with the other (grease sides touching the dough)
- Roll the dough very thin 1/8 inch or less
- place bottom parchment paper on baking sheet with rolled out dough on top
- pre-bake for 10 min
- cover with toppings and finish baking
