Ingredients

  • 24 Large eggs
  • 1 rolls impossible sausage
  • 2 can diced green chiles
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 1 lbs block pepper jack cheese
  • 1 block velveta cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. scramble the eggs
  2. cook sausage
  3. diced bell 🔔 pepper and cook to soften
  4. cook tater tots according directions on bag 💼
  5. drain and squeeze excess from the green chilies
  6. slice cheeses into 2in x 1/2 in x 1/2 in rectangles
  7. add salt to eggs and mix well
  8. measure proportions below into individual Ziploc bags
