2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 425
  2. in the mixer, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. mix throughly
  3. in the mixer, combine flour mixture and olive oil and slowly add in the water until cohesive
  4. gather into 2 evenly-sized balls and let rest for 15 min
  5. grease 2 pieces of parchment paper (about 2 foot square) and lay one out on the counter
  6. place one of the dough balls on the parchment paper and cover with the other (grease sides touching the dough)
  7. Roll the dough very thin 1/8 inch or less
  8. place bottom parchment paper on baking sheet with rolled out dough on top
  9. pre-bake for 10 min
  10. cover with toppings and finish baking
