Breakfast burritos (Keto)

Ingredients
- 42 Large eggs
- 2 rolls impossible sausage
- 2 can diced green chiles
- 1 large red bell peppers
- approximately 70 tater tots
- 1 lbs block pepper jack cheese
- 1 block velveta cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- scramble the eggs
- cook sausage
- diced bell 🔔 pepper and cook to soften
- cook tater tots according directions on bag 💼
- drain and squeeze excess from the green chilies
- slice cheeses into 2in x 1/2 in x 1/2 in rectangles
- add salt to eggs and mix well
- measure proportions below into individual Ziploc bags
Proportions
- 1/3 cup egg 🥚
- 3 broken up tater tots
- 2 Tbsp sausage
- 1 heaping tsp green chilies
- 1/2 heaping tsp red bell 🔔 pepper
- 1 of each type of cheese
