Whole Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 283g Warm Water
- 25g Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple syrup
- 397g Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp quick rise dry yeast
- 1/2 cup Sunflower kernels
Directions
- Put ingredients into the bread maker in order (the sunflower kernels go into the dispenser if you have one)
- Set the machine for Wheat Bread, 1.5 lbs loaf, and Medium Crust Color
