Ingredients

4 Cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp salt 8 large eggs 3/4 cup milk (adjust to achieve desired consistency)

Directions

  • Start a large pot of water boiling
  • In the mixer, whisk together all the ingredients until you have a smooth, very thick, batter
  • Use a Spaetzle-maker tool (or a large colander) to add the Spaetzle batter to the boiling water
