Spaetzle

This is a German-style egg noodle dish typically served with many things
Ingredients
4 Cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp salt 8 large eggs 3/4 cup milk (adjust to achieve desired consistency)
Directions
- Start a large pot of water boiling
- In the mixer, whisk together all the ingredients until you have a smooth, very thick, batter
- Use a Spaetzle-maker tool (or a large colander) to add the Spaetzle batter to the boiling water
- It should only take a few minutes to cook, so work in batches if necessary
